my baby is two and half months old... she is having fever... I have shown to docot.. they have suggested doloper drop... but fever is not reduced.. how much time it will take after using this syrup fever will reduce?

A. when you take the temperature in the armpit of the child and if it is hundred or more you have to consider it has fever and give paracetamol to the child and it will take around 1 hour to 2 hours for proper effect and also do body sponge
