hello docs yesterday my twins baby got first dose which contain 3 injection and two drops .they are two months old and they have fever from yesterday and today the temperature is 100.9 .they have difficulty to drink milk .I am giving paracetamol drop every 4 hours 4 to 6 drop . but still temperature is 100.9. could you pls suggest if I can give paracetamol drop or should give any other drops for fever as fever not going down and its safe to give paracetamol drop every 4 hours ?
