my baby is turning to 7 months old can we steam the apple to feed our baby

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician9 months agoA. yes, feed steamed apple. you may start feeding raw fruits around 10 mo th of age. give 2 meals and 1 snack a day and breast feeding on demand.
