my baby is turning 6M in 5days what are the suggestions to keep the baby hydrated apart from breast milk and water?? please suggest??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Babies should be kept out of the sun. Keep your baby cool and comfortable in loose fitting, light color cotton clothing.
Maintain comfortable room temperature.

you can give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
