My baby is three months old he does not make consistent eye contact and keep smiling staring at lights Is it normal

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 month agoA. Gain their vision after three months after that you will see very good change keeping here and there smiling responding to sounds better but I contact does not happen in this age it is going to happen between the time mostly 6 to 9 months of age not before that
