Hello mom From the age of baby six months you can start some exercises such as brisk walking or yoga etc or any other form that you enjoy for at least 30 to 45 minutes daily apart from that currently You can do in your diet because too much of restrictions can effect your milk production so from now just avoid any sort of refined and processed food High sugary and fried or oily foods
ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, try to get 1hr brisk walking daily. Consume 3 litres of water. Jeera and dhania water works better. Increase the veggies intake to 350 grams per day and split across all 3 meals. Get adequate sleep.
