my baby is swelling pus at the place where she had pantavalent vaccinated on her right leg at the age of 45 days,is it serious?

A. the child is having local infections or visit the doctor because evacuation of the pus will be needed along with antibiotics and remain in contact with the doctor.n.n. n n
