my baby is 42 days old at bcg vaccinated place pus has formed 2 times in the span of 10 days . is there any problem?

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which wouftld be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
