Q.

my baby is suffering from fever from past 3days. I have consult to the dctr also, when she take medicine her fever gone for some hours but later on it comes . do I put cold water straps on her forehead. n I was also suffering from the same

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if ffever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if reqduired

A. Hi parent you may use cold water straps on her arms and legs . keep her hydrated you may give her a small spoon of lukewarm water every 45 minutes in day time don't expose her to winds and dust keep a bowl full of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far over night and
