Q.

My baby is suffering from fever, cold and cough. I am giving Alex Junior for cough and alerid for cold and crocin for fever. but he is coughing too much. What else I can do?

A. at 1 year warm turmeric milk, warm water, licorice in honey will help. give adequate rest. maintain hygiene. handwashing is extremely important,. child might lose appetite, so give easy to digest foods in small portions. give fruits, sheera , kheer , add ghee to maintain calorie intake.

A. If your baby is having a lot of cough and cold it will be better that you check with the doctor apart from this give a steam to the baby apply mustard oil with a pinch of rock salt over the chest back and neck of the
