My baby is suffering from cough and cold from 2 weeks and he is improving by time. Now 2 days back he has developed rashes on forehead and back and skin seems to be very sweaty. What should be done ?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 weeks agoA. It could be because of the messages that you’re giving to the child I think it would be a good time for you to apply Alamine lotion and check with your doctor and the doctor would be able to give me better guidance as per the situation that is there
