my baby is suffering from cold and cough past 10days and we are using below syrup from past 3days but no result please what next

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. should take some other medicines as advised by the doctor cold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose
