NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello sometimes during the child vomiting the phlegm comes out and in a way e is good but if the child is frequently vomiting then you may check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly otherwise nothing to worry
