Q.

My baby is struggling with constipation I gave her black raisin water daily but still there's no improvements pls suggest some home remedy

A. whenever you introduce food for the child and it is causing constipation you have to stop that particular food which is causing such problems and try to give food which is more rich in fibre and has got plenty of fluids. it is important to add papaya in the diet which will help in decreasing this problem and also at the same times see that you are not giving any new outside milk which is again known to cause constipation Medicine is to be given only if constructed by the doctor after examinationd. if needed the doctor will give polyethylene glycol which is the first line of medicine for constipation
