my baby is struggling to pass stool..though she is trying to poop bt it's not coming..only if she poops she is sleeping otherwise not.so what can I include in my diet to make my baby poop easily..or what should I give to my baby to make her poop easily

A. baby is 1 month Constipation is common in exclusively breastfed babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding do cycling exercise wait till 10 days if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor
