why my baby is struggling a lot to poop he is completely on bm..he starts trying in the aft..left exhausted. tries in between..and poops early morning .stool is normal..but he is struggling a lot what could be the reason

A. he is drinking sufficient milk sir and my bm is also adequate..he is peeing almost 10 times
