Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in that diet. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Give liquids like coconut water or fresh fruits and fruit juices. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
