my baby is spit/vomited clear liquid a few times yesterday. is this a cause of concern

A. Hello mom, during your baby's first few months , vomiting is probably caused by mild feeding problems check tummy being to full. If you baby vomiting continuously. Kindly check your child's doctor. Thank you have a nice day..
