My baby is speaking only baba n kaka n nothing else. shall I have to go for speech therapy?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl3 weeks agoA. A child doesn’t pick up by the age of 2 1/2 year then you can consult a speech therapist but you are still left sometime I think it would be good time for you to try and communicate more and more with your child enhance the speech of your child
