my baby is so thin she has 1year old baby what should I do to improve her

A. dear Mum, to improve the weight of your 1 year old child, Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.

A. hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet please include green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug fruit and veggies wash please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
