MY BABY IS SO DISTURB WITH TEETHING DISCOMFORT, WHAT TO DO HE IS HAVING ITCHY GUMS.

A. massage the gums with a moist clean cotton cloth and give cold silicone teethers to chew on them.. this will help in reducing the irritation in the gums. occasionally you can give syrup paracetamol
