Q.

My baby is premature. he is now 32 weeks. his hb level is low and the doctors told me that if it goes below 8 then we have to do the blood transfusion. Can i increase my babies hb through my breast milk? If then what should i eat for increasing hb level?

A. you have to give iron supplements to the baby since the haemoglobin is very less mothers milk may not meet the requirements of the baby for such high requirements of iron in the baby

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have rich fiber food and iron rich food in your diet. and also ask your doctor for iron drops and food supplement. take care
