My baby is pooping or peeing almost immediately after feeding,, and drop by drop pooping sometimes loose stools also,, almost full day this pooping and peeing is happening, it feels like whatever she gets as a feed especially breast milk it gets out immediately either as a poop or pee,, im exhausted and worried,, please tell me the solution

A. hi usually ,its common and normal among breastfed babies but if your child not gaining enough weight , feels exhausted , irritable then it is advisable to visit your pediatrician for once.
