My baby is 7 and half months old now, she has been pooping after almost every feed,, this is happening from newborn stage and till now,, it feels like whatever she gets as a feed especially breast milk it gets out immediately either as a poop or pee,, sometimes loose stools also drop by drop happening full day,, im so exhausted and worried, please tell me the solution?!!!
