My baby is peeing after a long gap in a day.It becomes 4times in 24 hrs in spite of having enough water.what should I do?

A. That’s Oh really very less urine count for the child as per the summer weather and all so it could be due to some issue so it would be better for you to once discuss it with your paediatrician because the doctor only can suggest you the right way to handle the
