Q.

my baby is passing pebble like stool for the past week.. she's having fibre rich food.. what should I include in her diet to make the stool normal.. what fruits should I include? can she eat banana and pomegranate?

A. don't give banana. Offer foods such as wholemeal bread and wholegrain cereal, plus fruits and vegetables such as prunes, figs, apricots, plums, peas, broccoli, sweetcorn, potatoes and baked beans. Give your child plenty of fluids to help moisten her poo.
