my baby is one year old one of his cousin 7 years old living with us. he is hyperactive. not even respect any one.and use mobile games every time. my baby always like to stay with him for play. i am very much hurried that my son also follow him. is that possible

It is possible but please spend more time with her.
talk to her gently maintaining eye contact
tell her stories
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
reduce her screen time
