my baby is one month old and always rubbing his nose and even sneezing is it cold what should i do

Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done and according to the type of cough its prescribed. if any fever is thgere paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and thhe dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning it is possible that the child is having cough and cold it could also be allergy it is difficult to determine without a check up I would recommend you to try to take your child to the pediatrician
