my baby is on formula from birth as i had no supply of milk after trying everything out also confirmed with doctor's how to change from formula milk to regular milk? when is the best age ?

A. Hello good afternoon !! Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk (in case of no lactation or less milk supply) is only suggested for babies . From 6 month onwards start semi solids once or twice a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed only. Regular packet milk,cow, buffalo milk is suggested one year+ onwards only as they can't digest animals milk.
