my baby is on exclusive breast feeding.. he s not gaining weight.. birth weight was 3.1kg and he is 3 months old now his weight is 3.5 kg

Your child hasn’t gained anything in these three months you should start giving formula milk to the child your child should at least gain 500 g in a month your child should have been at least 1500 g more than the weight this is really less you should consult the doctor start giving formula to the child is no need to give breastfeeding
