My baby is of 74 days. he is having loose motions frequently.. his colour is green.. what to do to make him comfortable

Green colour stool is normal in babies. This is due to imbalance between fore milk and Hind milk in breast feed babies.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, accepting feeds then no need to worry.
