my baby is of 2months old ..n he has cough n cold ...so which medicne should i give

A. cough and cold may be infective or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve congestion and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multipleh times can also give maxtra drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be givesn according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productive give kufril-ls. give only simple home-made preparations as required ,child will eat as symptoms resolve.

A. Right Now I can only suggest you that you should give indirect steam to the child and nebulise your child with water because as of now it would not be right for me to suggest any medicine you should consult your doctor for a checkup and medicine can prescribe by your doctor only
