my baby is of 2 months old. before 1wk my baby had formula milk more than breastmilk. from last week he is on breastmilk only from that day he does potty a lot. almost in every 30 mins. potty is watery and frequency is more. is this bcz of breastmilk.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite .
supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic can be vcgiven like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose .
Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .
