my baby is of 10th month old. and can I feed him kaju and badam.. if so how can I feed him

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom yes you can give the baby Both kaju and badam it is healthy for them . Keep in mind that nuts are prone to allergies so introduce one at a time and you can make it into a powder form and give or even incorporate in some recipes
