My baby is now three months old. Which is the best contraceptive pills which doesn't affect feeding my baby?

There are progesterone only pill is available which are safe during breast-feeding also but there are a set of criteria which should be met before you start dating and also you should not miss any tablet in between or that will make you prone for pregnancy.
