my baby is now one yr old.. i want to introduce cow milk to her... how much cow milk must be diluted with water in starting??

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! Depends on the brand and breed, try adding half cup of milk to half cup of water. Gradually change the consistency. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Try giving milk in cute Babyhug cups and sippers
