Q.

my baby is 19 mo. my question is regarding milk. how much to be given per day including bf and cow milk and should the cow milk must be diluted or not. if yes pls mention the ratio of milk n water

A. if you are still breast feeding than you can give 300 to 400 ml of cow milk. can add sone water to dilute cow milk of you are giving for the first time.

A. hi dear Your baby has a young digestive system, which means they can't digest milk as easily as they can digest breast milk or formula. Giving cow's milk or other milk instead of formula or breast milk before age one can stop your baby from growing well
