NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello according to birth weight it is fine as babies birth weight will first reduce and then baby starts gaining and if baby is gaining a minimum of 150 GMs to 200 GMs per month then it is a good weight gain and is absolutely nothing to worry about
