Q.
my baby is now 6 month... and we started solid foods of ragi.. he is ok with that.. but today he had a vomiting tendency..he only vomits water... is there any issue.? and what is the reason for this?

it might be saliva he is spitting out. mother should avoid foods like citrus, tomatoes, spicy foods, carbonated, oranges, drinks, and foods high in fat, these can leads to reflux in babies.
