My Baby is now 6 month 12 Days Old. Can I ate apple stewed, Banana Stewed or Bitroot and carrot stewed ?

Yes steamed vegetables can be give,
except for banana rest others need to be stemaed,
only red kerela banana need steaming otherwise the regular well rip ones can be given
