My baby is now 3 months old and has had small pimples on his body for a few days now. I have been bathing him twice a day because of the heat rash. The pimples on his forehead have changed slightly but are still coming back. What is causing it? Could it be due to climate change?

A. I use sebamed gentle wash and sebamed shampoo and oil for sebamed massaging oil.

A. Atogla or calamine lotion you should apply as of now that is going to be quite a good option for you to use and you can apply this 3 to 4 times in the day and avoid applying any soap or oil on the body other than the lotion I’m suggesting
