my baby is now 3 month old n we are in a village for a vacation there is so much hot weather that my baby skin is turn so dry n chaped lip what should I do?

Nmfe vitamin E cream you can use you can use any good cream or lotion or to the skin of the child you can use almond oil you can use olive oil which ever is available to you that is only going to help and for chapped lips you can regularly apply Boroline or Vaseline petroleum jelly
