Q.
my baby is now 2 .5 months old..most of the time sleeping smiling sometimes but not maintaining face to face contact.birth weight is 2.2kg and now 4.7 kg..breast feeding..I don't know he is getting enough milk.and he fell down from my Lap when he was 56 days old...is there any connections to his excessive sleeping and not maintaining face to face contact ...after fell down he cried,I given milk..no out side injuries, vomiting nothing that time

Though it is diffcult to say what exactly could be the reason, it would be better for precaution you get him examined by the dr.
OTher is the pattern of sleep and feed changes
