A. Your baby’s current weight of 10.5 kg at 1 year 9 months is very good, especially considering he was born premature with a birth weight of 1 kg. It shows excellent growth and development. The fact that he is super active, walking, and running smoothly is a strong indicator of healthy physical and neurological development. Premature babies often take some time to catch up, but your son seems to be doing really well. Continue offering him a balanced diet with: Protein-rich foods (eggs, paneer, dal) Healthy fats (ghee, avocado) Carbohydrates (rice, potatoes, whole wheat) Fruits and vegetables Milk or dairy products Keep up regular pediatric check-ups to monitor growth and milestones. You're doing a great job!
