my baby is now 18 months old still not talking, not eating food, no more activities what to do n he don't call mom also what to do

first , don't expect too much
never compare your child with others.
let your child grow at own pace.
please let me know your child current weight gain ,if it is around 8 to 12 kg ,you should not worry about your child apetite.
To encourage your child for talking , keep communicating with your child more.
spend quality time with your child.
offer age appropriate toys like building blocks, musical drum,piano ,push and pull toys etc.
