my baby is now 15 months old but not started walking yet but she is crawling and standing with support

A. Your child should do learn to walk by the timer of 17 to 18 months so currently you should try to help your child to stand with support and walk with support and then independently this is what is going to be helpful because a lot of kids can walk independently and stand without support at this age
