Q.

my baby is now 14 months old, i give her daliya khichdi for dinner at around 8:30-9pm. and she sleeps late around 10-10:30 pm after havinv around 50-60ml of cow milk. but again wakes up at 3-4am for another feeding. is this normal? should nt she be sleeping through the night at this age?

A. Hello mom it’s fine not to worry .. the sleep pattern varies With individuals , also since their birth they have got into a pattern of taking feeds getting up once or twice is pretty normal
