my baby is now 11 months 21 days old but she has not get any teeth at yet nd she is not even croling

kids sometimes show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and it's normal..
maximum by the age of 18 months first milk teeth can erupt..so wait for some more time

Crawling is not an important milestone.
Some babies they dont crawl, they just stand up and start to walk
so no need to worry.
Secondly
Babies can erupt teeth anytime between 4-15 months. u can wait for some more time.
When ur baby starts teething, give ur baby teethers like babyhug teethers that put pressure on gums and give relief to baby from pain and itching during teething
