my baby is now 10 months. and I don't do breast feeding. because I having alot of weakness... plz suggest any medicine or powder. name

A. dear mother firstly you have to go through the condition why are you feeling low there must be some physical problem that you are currently facing so without proper physical examination no one can prescribe you you must otherwise it stay hydrated and eat healthy at regular interval some protein powders can be added in your diet along with hot milk that will help you
