Q.

my baby is now 1 year 4 months old she eats well at night and drink 1 glass of milk and she takes milk at 12 clk , 2.30 and 5 clk but she didn't sleep she is crying last 1 week in night time I took her to pediatrician they suggest stomach ache syrup I gave that but no improvement she is crying what can I do for that

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required. In children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the chbfild to sleep. toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

A. Hi If your child is not settling down with that that means your child is having some another issue just check the gums of your child maybe your child is having its teeth or molars which is why your child may be crying so you’ll have to check for other issues as well
